For the ‘bigger’ / more emotionally-intense / complex issues, working together in one-to-one sessions is usually recommended. Everything shared in sessions is confidential and issues can be handled gently and safely.
I also show you how to use EFT as a self-help tool to be applied any time you need to feel calmer, less stressed and think more clearly. (This is included as part of most one-to-one sessions.) Please note that the EFT used in the majority of these studies is ‘Evidence Based EFT’ (equivalent to the methodology taught by EFT International).
